FURIA rifler Marek “YEKINDAR” Galinskis commented on his team’s victory over M80 at BLAST Open Porto 2026 and their advancement to the tournament’s playoffs on his personal Telegram channel.
It was a solid game against M80. It’s definitely really hot in the studio, but we made it to the playoffs and will be flying to Portugal next to play in the tournament. But don’t forget about our upcoming match against Spirit for a spot in the semifinals. We’ll be playing on Monday. Thanks to everyone who cheered us on. And it’s actually really nice that we played Cache and that it was such a long game, because there’s a lot to take away from it—since this map is new, there are a lot of unfamiliar aspects to it. Earlier, FURIA defeated M80 2-0 in the group stage of the BLAST Open Porto 2026 and advanced to the tournament’s playoffs. Marek “YEKINDAR” Galinskis’s team won Cache 16–13 and Dust2 13–5.
