Esports player Simon “yxngstxr” Boye took to his personal page on the social network X to comment following the announcement that he had been moved to the bench at HEROIC.
The last few seasons have been tough for me, both mentally and on the server, so I’m going to take some time to figure out what I want to do next. Thank you all for your support and kind words—it really means a lot to me.
Your part-time sniper is leaving!
Today, the esports organization HEROIC moved two players from its main CS2 roster to the bench: in addition to yxngstxr, the team’s rifler, Yasin “xfl0ud” Koč has also been moved to the bench. The team’s new sniper is the recently announced Antonio “Martinez” Martinez Sanchez.
