ZyWoo spoke out after Team Vitality advanced to the playoffs of the 2026 Esports World Cup in CS2
Team Vitality sniper Mathieu “ZywOo” Erbo commented on the club’s official X page about his team’s victory over Lynn Vision Gaming in the match to advance to the CS2 Esports World Cup 2026 playoffs.
So, guys, we just qualified by beating Lynn Vision. It was a great game for us. We really played at a high level and were able to regain our confidence. Individually, everyone played great. I think we prepared really well for this match, so in the end, we simply made it to the EWC playoffs. That was our main goal—to advance to the next stage and play in front of our fans.
Overall, the group stage went quite well. Now we need to focus on each individual match and prepare for the quarterfinals of the playoffs; I don’t know who we’ll face yet. But we’re ready, fired up to take on any opponent, and we’ll see you at the arena.
Earlier, Team Vitality defeated Lynn Vision Gaming in the group stage of the 2026 Esports World Cup for Counter-Strike 2 with a 2-0 map score in a best-of-3 series, securing their spot in the playoffs. Mathieu “ZywOo” Erbo’s team will play its next match at the Accor Arena.
