Ahilles on 1w Team: “Let’s just be happy for Pure. He’s living the best life.”
Former Dota 2 coach Timur “Ahilles” Kulmukhambetov posted on his personal Telegram channel, where he assessed the teams’ performances at the current PARI UNIVERSE by FISSURE.

You know, I’m tired. Tired of talking and freaking out over 1win.
Let’s just be happy for Pure. He’s living the best life. He’s doing just fine—don’t worry.
Everyone’s in a slump right now. A pretty serious one—both in terms of strategy and skill. And throw in the ultra-mega tilt on top of that.
They got swept 2-0 yesterday by Bignum (Gamers Legion) without a chance.
In another matchup, OG pleasantly surprised me.
The team started their first official matches extremely poorly and hesitantly.
But here, they put up a fight against the best team right now—Yandex.
Still, no miracle happened, and it ended 2-0 in favor of Ammar’s team.
(It was a funny match when the score was 60-30 in Yandex’s favor. Yet the odds of winning were still 50-50.)
In another matchup, we witnessed a rout:
Team Spirit vs. Betboom.
I hope management knew what they were getting into with BB.
And what’s happening now is part of a smart plan on their part.
Because they’ve gone from being among the top 4 teams in the world to the top 40.
2-0 for the Dragons.
And the icing on the cake was the Astra vs. Legion matchup.
Stack Saberlight (do you remember my previous post about him?). He won 2-1 against Nightfall.
And yet, Yegor seemed to be playing below his usual level.
It turned out to be a very close and tough series. Stozhkov played the best match of his life on Storm (across two matches) and outplayed Lorenof.
Just like that.
It’s unclear whether this was just a fluke. Or maybe a lineup that looks really strong on paper turns out to be just so-so in practice.
2-1 in favor of Legion.
Today’s matches start at 12:00.
See you on the stream. We’ll watch as they drive the final nails into 1win’s lineup.
Earlier, 1w Team player Ivan “Pure” Moskalenko faced criticism from the community for attending a concert the night before an early match. You can read the initial reactions from Timur “Ahilles” Kulmukhambetov, as well as Daria “Eiritel” Morozova and Igor “iLTW” Filatov, in our article.
