Esports players Anton “dyrachyo” Shkredov and Danil “gpk” Skutin highly praised the skill level of Edgar “9Class” Naltakyan, while former professional team coach Timur “Ahilles” Kulmukhambetov ranked gpk among the top three mid laners of recent years. They discussed these topics on dyrachyo’s stream.
dyrachyo: Good job, PV. When their supports are on a roll, 9Class really causes a stir. We watched the latest games, and it always reminded me of 9Class, who just goes all out. That [was] with OneJey: okay, OneJey can do something here and there, but if 9Class is playing perfectly, then OneJey ends up feeding—that’s his problem.
gpk: I think Rubick is one of his [Talking about 9Class. — Ed.] best heroes.
dyrachyo: It’s like he has a ton of top heroes: Willow, Rubick, and support heroes, depending on the meta.
Ahilles: It seems like you’ve actually been in the top 3 mid laners in my rank for the last 5–10 years. Do you think that’s justified or not?
dyrachyo: Of course, I haven’t won that many games...
gpk: Yeah, I should’ve won a little more—it would’ve been *** [perfect].
dyrachyo: Danok is probably in the top 3 in terms of consistency most of the time.
Ahilles: Consistency—yeah, that’s definitely Danok’s thing: it’s like he always has all his matchups, his game, and his networth figured out.
dyrachyo: It’s just that someone was constantly throwing a wrench in his plans: first DM, then Nightfall, then Vanyok [Pure]...
Ahilles: You mentioned DM—for some reason, Earthshaker immediately came to mind; Earthshaker just pops into my head automatically.
dyrachyo: He was constantly... and Xakoda—someone was always throwing a wrench in Dan’s works. Even at the start of his career, dream` wasn’t just throwing a wrench in his works—he was practically shoving iron bars into his wheels.
dyrachyo: Seriously, I’ve always had this mindset… You have to admit, “fives” were often overpowered—some Chen with over-exp, Phoenix, Jakiro; maybe not always—CM, but a lot of supports really [were]. Enchantress. If your support is high-level, they’ll most likely make a huge impact.
I’ve always had this mindset: if my Seleri-vegan is doing *** [great], then I figure that even if I die a couple of times, as long as he gets the solo kills, everything will be fine. That was totally the vibe. It didn’t work that way with Panto, though, because Panto wasn’t ready to carry.
gpk: He’s ready now—he’s rank 10. I played with him recently in matchmaking.
dyrachyo: Now—maybe, yeah.
dyrachyo played with Melchior “Seleri” Hillenkamp from 2021 to 2024—first on Team Ticles, then on Gaimin Gladiators. The team finished second twice at The International and won the 2024 Riyadh Masters. In October 2024, Shkredov was placed on inactive status and left the club a week later, subsequently joining Tundra Esports for several months. A lawsuit filed by GG against other former players is currently pending.
Earlier, dyrachyo speculated about gpk’s potential career opportunities if he spoke English. The former Tundra carry suggested that the mid laner could play for Team Falcons in place of Stanislav “Malr1ne” Potorak.
