KW has been disqualified from EPL Masters I due to suspicions of cheating

The organizers of EPL Masters I in X announced KW’s removal from the tournament following their second loss in the group stage.
The reason given for the disqualification was “unfair play,” though exactly what this entails has not yet been specified. In the group stage, the team first lost to RE Arise and then to PuckChamp. By the time of their disqualification, the team had not won a single map out of the four they had played.

PlayTime was previously disqualified from the 2026 Esports World Cup in Dota 2. “The suspensions are temporary and precautionary in nature. A final decision on whether violations occurred has not yet been made; the ESIC investigation is ongoing,” the organizers clarified.
