not me rated his personal performance: “I’d say a five.”

Team Spirit support player Alexey “not me” Kosmyinin talked about working with a psychologist and commented on his personal form in a team vlog.
On nerves and working with a psychologist
not me: Nothing’s bothering me.
Art1st: Do you talk about confidence in the game, maybe?
not me: Well, something like that, yeah. Maintaining a confident mindset during the game so I don’t panic, so I feel like everything’s okay.
Art1st: Do you panic?
not me: Sometimes it just happens—you know, when you’re messing up, you think, “That’s it, I’m screwed.”
Art1st: That’s called “tilt,” right? A tilted state. And when was the last time you actually got worked up during a game? I mean, were you nervous or anything?
not me: Nervous? I don’t know, but that definitely didn’t happen in Spirit.
Art1st: Not even once? And won’t you be nervous tomorrow?
not me: Well, we were just playing online tournaments, but I wouldn’t even say I was nervous. I was just happy that we were pulling off comebacks, you know, that’s all.
Art1st: Wait, what if it’s the grand final, like the EWC? There are a ton of people, everyone’s yelling, “Lyokha, Lyokha,” everyone’s cheering from the stands. And you won’t be nervous?
not me: I wouldn’t really be nervous, I guess. I’d just, you know, be happy, like, “Yay.”
On Personal Form
Art1st: How did your training for the EWC go overall? I know you were at boot camp for a long time. How’s your personal fitness right now?
not me: I’m gaining a little bit of weight.
Art1st: Haven’t hit your peak yet?
not me: No, no, I’ve only just started playing.
Art1st: Would you say you’re at a solid 7 right now? Or maybe an 8?
not me: Well, I’d say a 5.
Earlier, Alexey “not me” Kosmyinin talked about settling into the team, noting the help he received from Yaroslav “Miposhka” Naidenov, highlighted his positive attitude as one of his strengths, and named his favorite heroes for the fourth position—Rubick, Techies, and Hoodwink.
