RE Arise defeated PuckChamp in the group stage of EPL Masters I in Dota 2
RE Arise defeated PuckChamp in a group stage match at EPL Masters I. The match ended with a score of 2-0.
On the first map, RE Arise established an economic lead right from the laning phase and gradually built on it until they had enough to push into their opponent’s base. On the second map, the gold difference after the laning phase had already quadrupled, and PuckChamp was unable to force a third game.
Thus, RE Arise kicked off their campaign with a victory and earned their first points in the standings.
The main stage of EPL Masters I runs from July 26 to August 12, with eight teams advancing to the playoffs. The prize pool for this new series of the tournament is $100,000. The next match will be between RE Arise and KW.
