Team Spirit has been eliminated from the 2026 Dota 2 Esports World Cup

Team Spirit lost to Team Yandex in the quarterfinals of the Dota 2 Esports World Cup 2026 playoffs and was eliminated from the tournament.

Team Yandex completely dominated the first map, easily defeating Team Spirit thanks to a significant lead. The second match followed a similar pattern: Yandex took an early lead and won with ease.

As a result, Team Spirit is out of the competition, while Team Yandex advances to the semifinals, where they will face Team Falcons.

Team Spirit finished in 5th–8th place at the 2026 Esports World Cup in Dota 2. The team earned $70,000 and 200 EWC club points. The playoffs are taking place from July 16 to 19. The participants are competing for a $2,000,000 prize pool.
