The ability to pick Meepo has returned to Dota 2—the developers have fixed the Town Portal Scroll bug

On the evening of July 3, the Dota 2 developers restored the ability to pick Meepo in all game modes.

The hero had been banned due to a critical bug that allowed players to obtain an unlimited amount of gold using the Town Portal Scroll. This bug has been fixed.

Earlier, Valve launched a large-scale story event in Dota 2 called “The Dark Carnival.” By progressing through an interactive map using tickets earned in matches, players can earn rewards, treasure chests, and themed cosmetic items.
