Esports Charts has published a ranking on its official website of the esports disciplines that attracted the largest number of viewers in the first half of 2026.

According to the analytics portal’s calculations, Mobile Legends: Bang Bang maintained its lead in viewer engagement as of early July 2026. The global M7 World Championship, held in January, drew a peak audience of 5,680,511 viewers—nearly twice as many as the next-ranked event, the IEM Cologne Major 2026 for Counter-Strike 2, whose grand final was watched by 2,752,353 people simultaneously. Moreover, three mobile MOBA tournaments, including M7, attracted large audiences and topped the tournament rankings in the first half of 2026.
