The distribution of invitations for the M8 World Championship in MLBB has been announced
MOONTON Games announced on its social media channels the allocation of invites for each region to the M8 World Championship for Mobile Legends: Bang Bang.
It has been revealed that Southeast Asia has received eight slots directly into the main stage of the M8 World Championship—six of which will be divided equally among the top teams from Indonesia, the Philippines, and Malaysia, while the remaining participants will be determined based on the results of the SEA regional qualifiers. The top teams from EECA, MENA, Turkey, East Asia, and the Americas will each receive one invitation to the group stage of the tournament. The final three invitations to the main stage of the championship will be contested by 10 participants in the Wildcard stage.
Allocation of Slots for the M8 World Championship Wild Card
- MLBB Championship Tour SEA 2026 (Southeast Asia) — 3 invites;
- MLBB Continental Championships Season 8 (EECA) — 2 invitations;
- MLBB Championship Tour East Asia 2026 - Split 2 (East Asia) — 2 invitations;
- MTC Turkiye Championship Season 8 (Turkey) — 1 invite;
- MPL MENA Season 10 (MENA) — 1 invite;
- MLBB Championship Tour AMER 2026 - Split 2 (Americas) — 1 invite.
The M8 World Championship will take place in January 2027. The wildcard stage of the tournament will be held in Bangkok, while the main stage and playoffs will take place in Istanbul. Twenty-three teams will compete at the event for a $1,000,000 prize pool.
