Yangon Galacticos defeated PRO Esports and advanced to the playoffs of the MLBB Mid Season Cup 2026

Yangon Galacticos defeated PRO Esports 0-0 in the semifinals of the group stage of the MLBB Mid Season Cup 2026 and secured a spot in the tournament’s playoffs.

The first map ended at the 30-minute mark, with Yangon Galacticos players crushing their opponents in the battle for Lord and turning the game in their favor. In the second round, Heyn “Ying” Oo’s team established dominance from the very start, won several key engagements, and secured the map with a significant gold lead, sealing Yangon Galacticos’ victory in the match.

As a result of their series victory, the Myanmar team secured a spot in the tournament’s final stage in Paris. PRO Esports, which lost the match, dropped to the lower bracket of Group B.

The group stage of the MLBB Mid Season Cup 2026 will run through July 26 and is taking place in Paris, France. Of the sixteen teams, only eight will advance to the playoffs. A total of $3,025,000 is up for grabs at the Mobile Legends: Bang Bang championship as part of the Esports World Cup 2026.
