Team Spirit roamer Stanislav “SAWO” Reshnyak, in an interview on Danila “Wizer” , he discussed the reason behind their quick victories on the first maps against Team Yandex during the group stage of the MLBB Continental Championships Season 8, and also explained why the team isn’t completing challenges at the tournament.
Doesn’t anyone see this? Where is Yustinian when we go in? While we’re finishing the game with a ward. Are you guys laughing? Don’t you get that we need him at the def? Am I opening your eyes or what? The guy isn’t at the def, so we’re heading to the throne. What’s so hard about that?
I don’t know. I just see that Yustinian isn’t on the Throne defense—that’s all. Everyone there knows what to do. This is just some kind of joke. What’s he doing farming over there? This is all about timing; it’s not about messing around. It takes 5 seconds—the guy skips his lane and has to make it to defense in time. If he doesn’t make it to defense, we just go in 5v4. Plus, with 10,000 gold lead, you can’t even hold a 5v5 defense.
There’s no scenario where he shouldn’t be helping the team—we’re not in solo queue. He’s just letting the team down.
We completed two on the first day of the tournament—the easiest ones. As for the rest—the answer is: we don’t have a goal to complete challenges. We were just shortchanged on the prize pool—part of it went to the challenges. Well, unlucky—what can you do? Our goal is to be in the top 1 of MCC; we’re not interested in anything else.
Totally overpowered. I don’t think I’ve ever faced any strong Obsidias yet. Masha is an unbalanced character, but Obsidia is simply the strongest hero in Gold tier. There’s no comparison.
Bruno, Clint, and Brody are Tier 1 ADCs. So they’re also pickable, but Hiko prefers Obsidian. And these three are also pickable. Well, maybe Bruno’s a little weaker.
Earlier, SAWO spoke about the new modifiers, the 2026 Asian Games, and the region’s three slots at the M8 World Championship.
