Team Spirit roamer Stanislav “SAWO” Reshnyak spoke about modifiers and the 2026 Asian Games in an interview on Danila “Wizer” Schneider’s Twitch channel.
It’s completely unbalanced. I mean, if right now you might see something like 15,000–16,000 at most from a stomp, with the modifiers—some extra gold from towers—you’ll be seeing 20,000. Just imagine—20,000 in overfarm. What kind of game would that even be? Well, let me remind you, this isn’t Dota 2. As for the Turtle, I don’t know—I play solo too. Well, when I play solo, guys can wipe me out in 5 minutes because the turtle just wipes out everything in sight. Well, not the turtle itself, but through those little flowers shooting out of its butt. But still.
As for the vision mechanic, I think it’s cool, but it could use some tweaking, in my opinion. I mean, it’s kind of weird that I can see where the vision is coming from. It would be way cooler if the vision appeared but you couldn’t see where it came from. As it is, two guys end up giving each other away. So what’s the point of the vision then? Well, unless you’re an idiot, of course. If you don’t understand where the vision came from, well, you probably won’t get it. But if you do understand where the vision comes from—because you’re looking at yourself—then vision is granted to both players at once: the other player sees you, and you see them.
Well, the clouds are the same. Accordingly, we have two unbalanced modifiers in the early game: the turtles and the towers.
This is absolutely useless to everyone, because… What’s the point? I mean, nobody gives a damn about this little event. Did it happen, or didn’t it? I don’t know. I mean, seriously, what was that even about? They just sent everyone off to Japan. Okay, cool. Seriously, though, what has actually changed in the life of even a single person on the planet? I don’t know. Nothing has changed at all.
Castle, *** [damn], won’t go without a passport, as usual. I think that’s why they did this. Seriously, no jokes. I’m sure they did it so that if Castle loses his passport, someone else can still go—like, a second or third-tier team—because it’s cringy that one more team didn’t go, and so on.
Earlier, Team Spirit’s gold-liner Anton “Hiko” Pak noted that the team spends a lot of time preparing for drafts and studying opponents, and also shared which players from MPL Philippines he’s been keeping an eye on lately.
