Aurora Gaming and Team Spirit have advanced to the CS2 Esports World Cup 2026 playoffs, while JiJieHao and BIG have been eliminated from the tournament
Aurora Gaming and Team Spirit won their matches and advanced to the playoffs of the 2026 Esports World Cup for Counter-Strike 2, while JiJieHao and BIG were eliminated from the tournament.
Aurora Gaming faced off against JiJieHao, winning 13-6 on Mirage and 13-4 on Anubis. BIG, meanwhile, was unable to defeat Team Spirit: the German club won 13-9 on Cache but lost on Dust2 (10-13) and Mirage (7-13).
As a result, Aurora Gaming and Team Spirit advanced to the playoffs of the 2026 Esports World Cup for Counter-Strike 2, while JiJieHao and BIG finished the tournament in 17th–24th place.

The 2026 Esports World Cup for Counter-Strike 2 is taking place in Paris from August 12 to 23. The main matches of the tournament are being held at the Paris Expo Porte de Versailles exhibition complex, while the final matches will take place at the Accor Arena. Thirty-two teams are competing for the championship title and a $2 million prize pool.
