Counter-Strike 2 Update from August 4, 2026: Fixes for Cache, Shelter, and grenade collision errors

On the night of August 4, Valve released an update for Counter-Strike 2, which included changes to several community-created maps and fixed a number of bugs related to gameplay and scripting.

- Fixed a bug that caused grenades to pass through environment textures.

- Various gaps on the map have been fixed.
- Fixed collision issues at several points.
- Fixed flickering of some assets.
- Removed the spawn point outside of Point A.

- The map has been updated to the latest version from the Community Workshop.

The previous Counter-Strike 2 update was released on July 29 — at that time, the developers released the new Ranked Series IEM Cologne Major 2026 stickers, made changes to several community-created maps, and fixed a number of bugs related to gameplay and the VACnet system.
