A Reddit user going by the username FACEIT_noon published a post analyzing the most popular bomb sites based on Season 8 statistics.

It turns out that players most often plant the bomb at A-site, specifically on five out of eight maps. This is most noticeable on Mirage—58.5% of plants versus 41.5% at “B”—as well as on Dust2—57.5% versus 42.5%.

At the same time, there are exceptions. On Overpass, Anubis, and Ancient, players more often prefer B-site entries.

At the end of April this year, an updated version of Cache from Valve became available on FACEIT. The map is selected by default in the settings but can be removed without needing to subscribe or change other bans. Prior to this, the platform used Cache from FMPONE.
