And so my—unfortunately, brief—journey with CYBERSHOKE has come to an end. I bid farewell to this wonderful team with immense gratitude, and I believe that one day Eric and the entire organization will achieve success and deliver the results they deserve.
I said goodbye to everyone personally, since each member of the organization became an important and valuable person to me, and I grew close to each of them in one way or another. It was an awesome journey—thank you, guys, and Olya!
What’s next? I don’t know for sure, but I have a plan: to rebuild my career in another region.
As it turns out, for various reasons, I’m unable to be in Russia or Belarus (no criminality). And considering that there are a lot of great LAN events happening in Russia right now—which award important VRS points for the entire CIS region—I don’t see a way for me to work in that region as a team manager. Am I sad? Yes, definitely. But I think my next relocation steps will help me start a new path in the EU/NA region
But! If you happen to be looking for someone with my background who can help you build an organization, improve internal communication, or simply handle operational tasks within an esports team—I’d be absolutely delighted to discuss the possibility of working together! I’m always ready to help and find common ground.
