Fiesta Series 1 Preview: Format, Prize Pool, Participants, and Schedule for the First Day of Competition
The Fiesta Series 1 online tournament for Counter-Strike 2 has kicked off. The tournament format, list of participants, prize pool distribution, and schedule for the first matches are detailed below.
Format and Dates
Fiesta Series 1 is taking place online from August 18 to 30. Twenty-four teams are participating in the tournament. In the group stage, 16 teams will compete in a Swiss system. The top eight teams will advance to the playoffs, which will be held in a single-elimination format. All matches are best-of-three (bo3).

Prize Pool Distribution
The total prize pool for the tournament is $20,000.
- 1st place — $10,000;
- 2nd place — $4,000;
- 3rd–4th place — $1,500 each;
- 5th–8th places — $750 each.

August 18, times are in Moscow time.
- 11:00 a.m. — ENCE vs. Mai tai.
- 2:00 PM — TBD vs. TBD.
- 5:00 PM — ex-Zero Tenacity vs. Vexar.
- 8:00 PM — Honvéd Esport vs. Noir Verse.
