FUT Esports and B8 Esports have advanced to the playoffs of the 2026 Esports World Cup for CS2
FUT Esports and B8 Esports won their matches and advanced to the playoffs of the 2026 Esports World Cup in Counter-Strike 2.
The Ukrainian team faced Team Vitality, losing 12-16 on Mirage in overtime but winning 13-11 on Inferno and 13-4 on Dust2.
Meanwhile, MOUZ was unable to defeat FUT Esports, losing 6–13 on Ancient, 16–12 on Nuke, and 11–13 on Mirage.
As a result, FUT Esports and B8 Esports advanced to the playoffs of the 2026 Esports World Cup for Counter-Strike 2, while Team Vitality and MOUZ dropped to the lower bracket.
The 2026 Esports World Cup for Counter-Strike 2 is taking place in Paris from August 12 to 23. The main matches of the LAN tournament are being held at Paris Expo Porte de Versailles, while the decisive matches will take place at the Accor Arena. Thirty-two teams are competing for the championship and a prize pool of $2,000,000.
