The Russian esports organization HOTU announced that Mark “lampada” Ivanov has left the club. A post about this was published on the club’s Telegram channel.
lampada joined HOTU in April 2024. Prior to that, he played for ILIN. Ivanov’s last tournament as a member of HOTU’s starting lineup was ESL Challenger League Season 50: Europe — Cup #3, which took place from October 5 to 20, 2025. The team finished in 25th–32nd place, losing 0–2 to Sangal Esports in their first match and suffering a technical defeat against The Glecs in their next match. After that, the esports player competed for the club’s academy team. Lampada’s final tournament as part of HOTU Academy was the closed qualifier for the Sberbank Russian CS2 Championship, where the team finished in 13th–16th place.
Earlier, at Stake Pulse Beat III, a scandal erupted after the match between Fnatic and HOTU due to mutual insults between the players. In recordings of the match, HOTU players can be heard using profanity toward their opponents.
