Legacy and BetBoom Team will begin the FISSURE PLAYGROUND 3 — CS playoffs in the semifinals
Legacy defeated FURIA, while BetBoom Team proved stronger than MIBR in the seeding matches for FISSURE PLAYGROUND 3 — CS.
In the first match, Legacy faced off against FURIA. On Mirage, Andrei “arT” Piovessan’s team managed to defeat FURIA in a tense battle (13–7). Legacy also secured the decisive Ancient map with a score of 13–9.
In a parallel matchup, BetBoom Team faced off against MIBR. On the first map, Mirage, the Russian club took the lead in the series (13–9). Kirill “Boombl4” Mikhailov’s squad closed out the decisive Nuke map with a 16–14 victory.
Thus, Legacy and BetBoom Team will begin their journey in the FISSURE PLAYGROUND 3 — CS playoffs directly in the semifinals, while FURIA and MIBR will start in the quarterfinals.
FISSURE PLAYGROUND 3 — CS is taking place from September 8 to 13 in Suzhou. Tournament matches are being played at the SND Cultural & Sports Centre. Sixteen teams are participating in the championship. Following the group stage, the top three teams from each group of eight will advance to the playoffs: the group winners will begin in the semifinals, while the second- and third-place finishers will start in the quarterfinals.
