Loda spoke out after Alliance’s elimination from 1win Private Club #2
Jonathan “Loda” Berg, co-founder and co-owner of the esports organization Alliance, shared his thoughts on his personal page on social media platform X following the team’s defeat in the lower bracket of the event.
It’s incredibly sad and disappointing that the team’s run in this tournament is over. This time, right up until the very last second, we held onto the belief that we could turn the tide of the matches and achieve the result we needed; however, it’s absolutely clear that a tremendous amount of work is required when it comes to high-stakes matches. Sweden, I’m sorry. We were completely confident of success, but objectively speaking, the roster isn’t good enough yet. Every member of the team still deserves praise for their fight and dedication throughout the entire season. Sometimes, though, that’s just not enough.
