m0NESY on Team Falcons: “I think we’re all in good individual form right now.”
Team Falcons sniper Ilya “m0NESY” Osipov shared his thoughts in an interview at the CS Asia Championships 2026 following their victory over MOUZ and their advancement to the championship grand final, and also assessed the team’s current form.
On the semifinal match against MOUZ
I feel great. I’m really happy for the team that we managed to make a comeback after the first map. On the first map, we played a bit sloppily and made a lot of mistakes. So I’m very pleased that we managed to bounce back and show excellent CS on the second and third maps. The end was a bit tough, as we lost several rounds in a row on the third map. But overall, everything is good.
On Team Falcons’ current form
I think we’re all in good individual form right now. We had a lot of great moments today, especially from NiKo on Nuke on the attack, and from Maxim on defense. A lot of good plays. Thanks to Finn for how he played on the attack; it’s thanks to him that we were able to pull all this off. So yeah, I think all of us are playing well individually.
Earlier today, Team Falcons defeated MOUZ in the quarterfinals of the CS Asia Championships 2026 with a 2-1 map score—7-13 on Mirage, 13-7 on Dust2, and 13-10 on Nuke. Thus, the “Falcons” will face either MIBR or Legacy in the championship grand final.
