magic and 1w Team have a good chance of qualifying for the PGL Singapore Major 2026, while HEROIC and HOTU have not yet qualified

VRS analyst Finn “Mischief” Farrar has published an updated forecast on the European teams’ race to qualify for the PGL Singapore Major 2026. The latest calculations were posted on his X page.

According to the new calculations, Team Spirit, MOUZ, Team Vitality, G2 Esports, FUT Esports, and Team Falcons have a greater than 99% chance of qualifying for the Major. Aurora Gaming (96.9%), Natus Vincere (94.4%), BetBoom Team (92.3%), B8 Esports (88.7%), Alliance (83.4%), and Astralis (80.5%).

Inner Circle (79%), magic (78.3%), and 1w Team (61.5%) are also in the safe zone. PARIVISION is estimated at 59.7%, and FaZe Clan at 69.9%. BIG currently has a 47.3% chance of making the tournament.

Meanwhile, HEROIC (38.7%), HOTU (36.3%), 3DMAX (31.5%), and 100 Thieves (28.2%) remain outside the current qualification zone. Further down the list are Ninjas in Pyjamas (23.3%), GamerLegion (19.9%), EYEBALLERS (12.8%), fnatic (11.3%), and JiJieHao (10.8%).

Earlier, analyst Finn “Mischief” Farrar and 100 Thieves’ CS division head Graham “messioso” Pitt criticized the September update to the VRS rankings. They pointed out that the update included results from matches and tournaments that had concluded after the date specified in the rankings.
