magic faced Alliance but lost in straight maps: 13–16 on Ancient and 7–13 on Inferno. In a parallel match, 5star eSports took on G2 Esports, losing 9–13 on Inferno and 4–13 on Ancient.
As a result, magic and 5star eSports were eliminated from FISSURE PLAYGROUND 3 — CS in 7th–8th place, while Alliance and G2 Esports advanced to the playoffs.
FISSURE PLAYGROUND 3 — CS is being held from September 8 to 13 in Suzhou, China. Sixteen teams are participating in the tournament, only six of which advanced to the playoffs. The tournament’s total prize pool is $1,250,000.
