Minor Counter-Strike 2 update from August 11, 2026: addition of the “VacNet marking portal”
On the night of August 11, Valve released a minor update for Counter-Strike 2. The patch affected localization files and added a reference to the “VacNet Marking Portal” along with its logo.

- A “CS2 Video Review” section has appeared on the official website, which is presumably intended for viewing game replays in a browser, similar to “Patrol” in Counter-Strike: Global Offensive.
The total size of the update was approximately 50 MB.

The previous Counter-Strike 2 update was released on August 4—at that time, the developers made changes to several community-created maps and fixed a number of bugs related to gameplay and scripting.
