MOUZ and magic have advanced to the Esports World Cup 2026 CS2 playoffs

MOUZ and magic secured victories during the group stage of the 2026 Esports World Cup in CS2.

In the first match, MOUZ faced off against PARIVISION. Dorian “xertioN” Berman’s team swept their opponents—13-4 on Dust2 and 13-10 on Inferno. In a parallel match, magic defeated 9z Team 2–1 in maps (19–17 on Ancient, 10–13 on Dust2, and 13–10 on Inferno).

As a result, MOUZ and magic advanced to the Esports World Cup 2026 playoffs, while PARIVISION and 9z Team finished the tournament in 17th–24th place.

The Esports World Cup 2026 for Counter-Strike 2 is taking place from August 12 to 23 in France. A total of 32 teams are competing in the championship, and today they will determine the 16 playoff participants. The prize pool for the LAN event is $2,000,000.
