B8 Esports rifler Andrey “npl” Kukharsky spoke in an interview at the Esports World Cup 2026 after defeating Team Vitality and advancing to the tournament’s playoffs.
On his feelings after advancing to the playoffs
We made it to the playoffs. Of course, we’re very happy and excited that we won. Even before the tournament, we knew we were in good form; we had some great practice sessions, and we even played against Team Vitality on Dust2 back then. I think that helped us a little.
On the decisive moment
I think it was on Dust2, when the score was 3-3.
On future plans
I don’t know—obviously, we’ll practice as the coach tells us to. But I think we’ll try to find time to see the city, too.

Earlier today, B8 Esports defeated Team Vitality at the 2026 Esports World Cup in Counter-Strike 2. The Ukrainian team lost on Mirage 12–16 in overtime, but then came out on top on Inferno (13–11) and Dust2 (13–4). As a result, the team advanced to the playoffs, while the “Bees” will continue their run in the lower bracket.
