BC.Game Esports sniper Alexander “s1mple” Kostylev, in a video on the club’s YouTube channel, assessed the current map pool and shared his impressions of playing alongside Denis “electroNic” Sharipov and the team’s new captain, Emil “Magisk” Reif.
On Magisk
I think he’ll bring confidence and leadership qualities to the team. And yes, we’ve already played with him on Team Falcons.
On playing with electroNic
I didn’t expect to have the chance to play with him again after he left Natus Vincere. But yes, it’s nice to be playing together again. We have good chemistry on the server.
On the differences between B1ad3 and TaZ
The biggest difference in their coaching styles is consistency; B1ad3 has more structure because he’s been building this process for a very long time. And yes, TaZ might give more freedom than B1ad3.
On the young players on the roster
It’s really nice to be an experienced player on this roster. How do I see them? I don’t know—I haven’t played with mzinho yet. But as for Senzu—yes, he just needs to play the way I did when I was his age. He needs to play, play, and play—that’s exactly how he’ll get better.
On the current map pool
I’m glad Cache is back. I like the current map pool. I think it’s perfect right now. I think our style will be built on individual skill, and maps like Cache, Dust2, and Mirage suit us well. And it’s great that they removed Overpass, because nobody plays it anyway.
