Shanghai will host the second Counter-Strike 2 Major in 2027
Tournament operator Perfect World has officially announced that the second CS2 Major in 2027 will take place in Shanghai, China. The tournament will run from November through December 2027.
Perfect World will host the 2027 Winter Major—Valve’s premier CS tournament—in Shanghai, China! From November through December 2027, the world’s best teams will gather along the Huangpu River to compete for the top prize in Counter-Strike.
Earlier, Perfect World officially announced that the second CS2 Major of 2027 will take place in China. The first Major of 2027 has been officially confirmed as the FiRe Major Buenos Aires, which will be held in the Argentine capital.
