Team Falcons closed out their pick, Anubis, with a close 13-11 victory, but lost on Inferno 11-13. The decisive map, Dust2, went to the “Falcons” — 13-11.
As a result, Team Vitality was eliminated from the IEM Cologne Major 2026, while Team Falcons advanced to the event’s semifinals, where they will face Team Spirit.
The IEM Cologne Major 2026 is taking place from June 2 to 21 in Cologne, Germany. A total of 32 teams are participating in the tournament. Following the three group stages, the eight playoff participants have been determined. The Major’s prize pool is $1,250,000.
