Team KZ has advanced to the finals of the 2026 Games of the Future in CS2
Team KZ defeated NOVAQ in the semifinals of the 2026 Games of the Future.
On the first map, Dust2, the team led by Jassulan “Botpa1” Assembek defeated their opponents 13–5, but then lost to them in laser tag, 0–6. On the decisive map, Nuke, Team KZ once again proved stronger than NOVAQ, winning 13–9.
As a result, Team KZ advanced to the final of the Games of the Future 2026, while NOVAQ will play for third place tomorrow.
The Games of the Future Counter-Strike 2 tournament is taking place from August 4 to 8 in Astana. Eight teams are competing in the tournament, and they have determined the four playoff participants. The prize pool for the LAN event is $150,000.
