Team KZ — CS2 Champion of the 2026 Games of the Future
In the CS2 final of the 2026 Games of the Future, Team KZ defeated Liga Pro Team 2-0 in a best-of-three series to claim the tournament title.
The CS2 final of the 2026 Games of the Future was played in a best-of-three format. On the first map, Liga Pro Team was unable to mount a comeback and lost 8–13, but in the next round, they managed to bounce back on the Neo Dala map, defeating their opponent in laser tag (6–1). The decisive map was Nuke, where Aldiyar “Aldikon” Alim’s team once again proved stronger than their opponents and closed out the series with a 13–9 victory.

Games of the Future 2026 for CS2 took place from August 4 to 8 in Kazakhstan. In the group stage, the teams played each other in a round-robin format, while the playoffs followed a single-elimination format. The event’s total prize pool was $150,000; how the money will be distributed based on the results has not yet been disclosed.
