Team KZ won its match at the 2026 Games of the Future in CS2
Team KZ defeated Klan Pedrajas in a match on the third day of the group stage at the 2026 Games of the Future in CS2.
The match began on the Dust2 map, where Team KZ outplayed their opponents 13-3 to take the lead in the series. On the next map, Ancient, Hugo “HUG8” Martinez’s team also lost to their opponents (6–13). The final stage was a laser tag match on the Neo Dala map, where Klan Pedrajas managed to snatch a single point in the series with a 6–3 victory.
As a result, Team KZ earned 2 points from the match, while Klan Pedrajas earned only 1 point.
The 2026 Games CS2 tournament is taking place from August 4 to 8 in Almaty. As part of the event, eight teams will compete for a prize pool of $150,000. The competition will begin with group stage matches, after which the least successful teams will be eliminated, and the remaining participants will compete for the championship in the playoffs.
