Aurora Gaming sniper Özgür “woxic” Eker took to social media after the conclusion of the IEM Cologne Major 2026.
Although it’s very hard for me to end our run in the semifinals when we were so close to qualifying for the Major, I’m still immensely proud to have achieved this result alongside the six Turkish players on stage and all the heroes behind this team.
I’d also like to thank our dear fans, who made us feel their support throughout this entire journey and were always by our side.

Earlier, FURIA defeated Aurora Gaming in the semifinals of the IEM Cologne Major 2026. As a result, the Turkish team finished the tournament in 3rd–4th place, earning $80,000.
