zweih: “For xiELO and me, this season will be much easier than the last one.”

PARIVISION CS2 rifler Ivan “zweih” Gogin spoke in an interview at the XSE Pro League 2026 about preparations for the match against Lynn Vision Gaming, the roster’s reaction to a crucial clutch play by the team captain, and shared his thoughts on adapting to the team’s new playstyle.
On preparing for the match against Lynn Vision Gaming
We actually got together and talked yesterday after the last match. I think that as a result of that conversation, the team adjusted its playstyle—it’s now different from the strategies we originally came to the tournament with. Today, that obviously helped a lot, and each of the guys felt much more comfortable. I think it was precisely because of these internal changes that we managed to win.
On Jame’s 1v4 clutch
We were all, of course, shocked by that clutch play. To be honest, I knew from the very beginning that he was capable of winning the round, but, of course, when you’re watching the stream, something like that seems unreal. Nevertheless, he somehow managed to pull it off in that situation, so we were really surprised and cheered wildly with joy.
On Roster Changes and Adapting to Playing with Newcomers
Most of the changes in our gameplay involved the new players: HObbit and slaxejezzz. But for xiELO and me, this season will be much easier than the last one. This is mainly because now that Jame is calling the shots, I no longer need to peek at the tactics sheet, since I’ve fully memorized all the moves for each round. Because of this, playing is now, of course, much easier—it frees up my mind. As for xiELO, he’s been on the team for a whole year now, so it’s even easier for him to adapt than it is for me.
Today, PARIVISION defeated Lynn Vision Gaming on the third day of the group stage of the XSE Pro League 2026 with a score of 13:3 in a best-of-1 series on Dust2. Ivan “zweih” Gogin’s team now has a 2–1 record in the championship.
