1w Team defeated Natus Vincere in the first Group B match at BLAST SLAM VIII. The match ended with a score of 2-1.

On the first map, Natus Vincere trailed by more than 10,000 gold but managed to stage a comeback and win. The second map followed a similar pattern: NAVI held a 20,000-gold lead, but after losing two team fights, they gave up their advantage and surrendered. 1w Team secured the decisive map in 49 minutes.

Team 33 will face Team Spirit next for a spot in the playoffs. NAVI will play Team Nemesis in a do-or-die match to avoid elimination from the tournament. Both matches will take place tomorrow, September 30.

The day’s final lineup will feature matches between Team Liquid and Yakult Brothers, and Aurora Gaming and GamerLegion. Group C will play its first matches tomorrow at 1:00 p.m. Moscow time.
