PARIVISION support Edgar “9Class” Naltakyan explained in an interview at BLAST SLAM VIII why he focuses on victories rather than losses at the tournament, and also clarified why Slark is a frequent pick in the team’s drafts.

Maybe when I first joined PARIVISION, I thought that finishing in the top 2 or top 3 was enough. But now we’re ready to win every tournament.
On Slark
Maybe I could play him if I see a good play—I haven’t done that yet. If we out-draft our opponent. Usually, that’s not necessary. But it’s still one of the options for our team.
