BetBoom, Falcons, and Xtreme won their matches in the group stage of the 2026 Esports World Cup in Dota 2.

BetBoom Team, Team Falcons, and Xtreme Gaming defeated Poor Rangers, Rune Eaters, and GamerLegion, respectively, on the second day of competition at the 2026 Esports World Cup in Dota 2.

BetBoom Team closed out the match with a 2-0 victory. Danil “gpk” Skutin’s team completely dominated the first map, securing an easy win. The second match followed a similar pattern.

Team Falcons defeated Rune Eaters on both maps, finishing the first in 52 minutes and the second in 33.

Xtreme Gaming secured the match. Lin “Xxs” Jin’s team won the first map, and in the second game, GamerLegion was unable to keep up with the pace and suffered a defeat.

As a result, Team Falcons and BetBoom Team lead Group A, Xtreme Gaming and GamerLegion are in the middle of the standings, and Poor Rangers and Rune Eaters are at the bottom.

The EWC 2026 Dota 2 tournament is taking place from July 7 to 19 in Paris. Team Spirit received an invitation as the defending champion from the previous tournament; 12 other teams qualified through the ESL Pro Tour rankings; and the remaining 11 slots were filled by teams based on the results of regional qualifiers.
