Commentator and analyst Vladislav “BLACKARXANGEL” Ivashchenko shared his thoughts on the BetBoom Team’s Dota 2 roster reshuffle on his personal Telegram channel.
A few words about BetBoom Team.
Svidenstrong was very strong when he first entered the pro scene; the guy had a perfect grasp of his power spikes, range, resources, and positioning—I called him one of the region’s strongest position 4 players. A couple of years passed; he remained strong mechanically, but he never managed to develop his macro play. Now he has a chance to be coached—time will tell. We’re not expecting the team to finish in the top 3–6 at tournaments right now; most likely, it’ll be top 8–16 (which is normal).
Then GPK will come back, and they’ll be on fire again 🤝🤝🤝
If the team hits a rough patch, GPK will come back sooner ✋
Torontych is the coach—he’ll be the one responsible for teaching #4. Whether he can do it or not, we’ll find out soon.
