BOOM on being eliminated from the TI 2026 qualifiers: “As a team, we were completely lost, and we needed a complete reset.”

MOUZ offlaner Miroslav “BOOM” Bican spoke about the Consecrated Wraps item and commented on the team’s performance in an interview following their victory over REKONIX.
On how it feels to win
I feel good—we won, after all. It’s been a while since we last won.
On Consecrated Wraps
Right now, the patch isn’t geared toward auras—you’re not running around in a group of five, but rather farming a lot—so this item is similar to the Pipe of Insight, but for yourself. When you’re farming solo, it’s better, cheaper, and gives good stats. Auras don’t feel very effective right now.
On whether the team is getting back on track
I wouldn’t say it’s a return to form, but I would say we’re playing more freely. After so many losses, we don’t expect anything from ourselves. We’ve always been that kind of team: sometimes everything goes well for us, and sometimes we lose to anyone.
On how mental state affects performance
I think that’s the most important part. We’re all good players when we’re playing well. And in the qualifiers for The International 2026, which we played a few days ago, we were under pressure, and it felt like we’d forgotten how to win. As a team, we were completely lost, and we needed a complete reset. So here, we’re just having fun.
Currently, MOUZ is in first place in Group C, with one win and one draw. The team’s most recent tournament was the qualifiers for The International 2026, where they were eliminated in the second round of the lower bracket after losing to Natus Vincere 0–2.
