Dota 2 Update from July 14: Crystal Maiden model
On the night of July 14, the Dota 2 developers released a minor update that included changes to the Crystal Maiden model.
List of Changes
- The Crystal Maiden model has been updated.
- The visuals related to the “Dark Carnival” have been updated.
- Legion Commander’s Duel ability effects have been updated.
- Translations for several languages, including Russian, have been updated.
- One of the sounds associated with Primal Beast has been updated.
The update size is 121.1 MB.

Earlier, Dota 2 downloaded files for the new chapter of “The Dark Carnival”—a story-driven in-game event with rewards. Prior to this, Valve fixed a bug with the Town Portal Scroll that prevented players from retrieving it from a stash after a hero died without scrolls.
