Dota 2 Update from July 7: Town Portal Scroll bug fixed

On the night of July 7, the Dota 2 developers released two technical updates that fixed a bug with the Town Portal Scroll in the stash, updated localization for several dozen languages, and updated the client and server components for all operating systems.
List of Changes
- Fixed an issue with the Town Teleport Scroll where it could not be retrieved from the stash if a hero died without any scrolls and had any scrolls in their stash.
- Changes have been made to the localization files for many languages, including Russian.
- The settings files for matchmaking groups and game regions have been updated.
- Updated the game’s VPK archives containing Dota 2 resources.
- Changes have been made to the game client and server files for Windows, macOS, and Linux.
- The resource information file for Steam Workshop tools has been updated.
The update size was 109.8 MB.
Earlier, Team Spirit analyst Mark “sikle” Lerman listed the bugs that Valve has recently fixed, including a bug that prevented barrels from spawning after a Techie died while wearing an Arcana item.
