Ephey: “The best thing about this MMR reset is that you no longer have to play Immortal Draft.”

English-speaking Dota 2 analyst “Ephey” Riyad took to X to comment on the MMR reset for “Titan” rank players following the release of the “Summer Cleanup” update.
The best thing about this MMR reset is that I no longer have to play Immortal Draft. I have access to the player-avoid feature again. By the way, I lost 2,000 MMR, but that’s actually kind of inspiring—it’s reignited my desire to grind my rank.
Earlier, Team Yandex offlaner Dmitry “DM” Dorokhin commented on the “Summer Cleanup” update: “The MMR reset will help new talent emerge in this wonderful game, because now they don’t need to grind up to 15,000–16,000 MMR—8,500+ is enough.”
