GamerLegion has been eliminated from BLAST Slam VIII
PARIVISION defeated Aurora Gaming in the seeding match, while LGD Gaming beat GamerLegion in the last-chance series at BLAST Slam VIII.
PARIVISION crushed Aurora Gaming on the first map with a score of 33-3. The second match didn’t start out as one-sided, but by the middle of the game, PV managed to gain the upper hand and secure the victory.
The first two maps between LGD Gaming and GamerLegion were completely dominated by one team: first, GL won 40-10, and then lost 1-28. The third match did not feature a clear advantage for either team, but thanks to well-executed team fights, LGD Gaming managed to pull ahead and secure the victory.
As a result, PARIVISION advanced to the upper bracket semifinals, Aurora Gaming and LGD Gaming moved on to the quarterfinals, and GamerLegion was eliminated from the tournament.
Today at BLAST Slam VIII, the final two matches of the group stage will be played: Team Spirit and Team Yandex will battle for seeding, while OG and 1w Team will face off in a knockout match.
