The Esports Charts website released viewership statistics for esports tournaments and channels for September 2026.
The League of Legends LCK 2026 Season took the lead in peak viewership—1,556,100 people simultaneously watched the match between T1 and Hanwha Life Esports in the upper bracket of the playoffs. The match, which HLE won 3–2, was the most-watched of the entire Korean league season.
The top five also included MPL Indonesia Season 18 for Mobile Legends: Bang Bang, the FNCS 2026 Global Championship for Fortnite, the BLAST Open Porto 2026 for Counter-Strike 2, and the RLCS 2026 World Championship for Rocket League.
MPL Indonesia on YouTube, which broadcasts MLBB competitions, topped the esports channel rankings in terms of viewing hours and peak audience. In September, it accumulated approximately 5.98 million viewing hours and attracted 382,000 concurrent viewers.
