KJ on LGD: “Everyone is absolutely thrilled, because this is a legendary team, and representing it means a lot.”
LGD Gaming support Mateusz “KJ” Santus Jungles Diniz commented on his move to the new club in an interview at BLAST Slam VII.
Of course, I’m very happy! Everyone is thrilled because this is a legendary team, and representing it means a lot. I can’t even explain it—you feel such a rush of positive emotions when you wear this team’s jersey. I’ve always wanted to know what it’s like to wear such a “heavyweight” uniform, to represent something so big. Playing under this banner, we’ll fight. I believe we’re heading in the right direction. I already had plenty of reasons to perform well at TI, but this logo is another one that’s very meaningful to me.

Since early 2024, KJ has been playing for HEROIC, but the Norwegian club left the scene earlier this month. For several weeks, the team continued to play together under the ex-HEROIC tag, and it was recently officially announced that they had been signed by a Chinese organization.
