Level UP defeated Yellow Submarine in the EPL Masters I playoffs

Yellow Submarine lost to Level UP 1-2 in the upper semifinal of the EPL Masters I playoffs.

The first map lasted nearly 32 minutes, with YeS in complete control the entire time; the teams left the server with a score of 31:4. By the 10th minute of the second game, “Yellow Submarine” had racked up seven unanswered kills on the opposing heroes, but they lost the initiative in the mid-game, and in the late game, their opponent capitalized on the team’s mistakes to force the series to a third map. The final game ended in favor of Sergey “Sbdush” Fatulaev’s team.

Thus, Level UP advanced to the upper bracket final, while YeS dropped to the lower bracket quarterfinals. Both teams will play tomorrow.

The first tournament of the EPL Masters series is taking place from July 26 to August 12 in a remote format. Sixteen teams are participating in the competition, of which six remain at this point—they will share a prize pool of $100,000.
